What does a Worship Pastor do?
It is our responsibility as Worship Pastors to facilitate and ensure excellent church worship environment within and across all church services. Our main duties include sourcing, procurement and maintenance of worship instruments and materials for church services, recruitment of volunteers and talented members of church under the worship team and leadership of training programs. We are also tasked identification of suitable worship songs, training and supervision of musical players during worship events. We ensure that the worship team maintains high Christian virtues and be well-behaved in ensuring worship of God by all members of the Church in Truth and Holiness.
Core tasks:
- facilitating of worship events as part of evangelization
- documentation and reporting of worship experiences and challenges to the church management
- training, recruiting and innovating the management of gifted skills in the church
- composing praise and worship songs
