Culture and Values
There are individuals in this organization that don’t represent the values that Wpp says they are They have bully nature, every mistake they try to push on you and every reward they want to take for themselves Seem like they are a mess and can’t get themselves together They pay for hr people big money that play politics and have nothing to do with being an HR They play favorites and support only their friends and people from their country I would like to see that change

Pros and Cons
Peers are great but HR and management is aweful
You will be pushed down, not being recognized major players that they don’t let anyone else suceed
