After being furloughed and told we would still have a job was called 3months later to be told positions were eliminated.

Terrible unprofessional management. Terrible business acumen from the Director of Sales. Managers not concerned with professional development and are only out for themselves and how they get paid.

I loved working here. However, due to Covid, I was cut although it was not seniority based. Was a kick to the gut. I was moved from my hired title to lateral position which put me in the place of least need.

Witnessed many abuses of employees. From stepping on someones feet if they spoke during sales presentations. Witnessed a manager falsely accuse someone of having a video of them until she cried. It was a lie. HR is a joke. Witnessed a manager tell a young man to go get back on his meds and see a doctor in front of an entire team of sales. Witnessed a manager tell a young lady that she could go see her "Vagina" doctor only after she was in tears because he said she couldnt leave to go to the doctor. Witnessed a VP tell a new father that he didn't need to take Paternity leave because he didn't have a child. (Baby was still born) I do not know how these organizations get away with such flagrant abuses. No one reports them because they are terrified.
