Year Up is an award-winning national non-profit organization with the aim of enabling young adults to move from minimum wage to meaningful careers in just one year. They do this through a high support, high expectation model that combines marketable job skills, stipends, internships, and college credits. Their approach focuses on students’ professional and personal development to place them on a viable path to economic self-sufficiency.
