About Yoga Teacher

What does a Yoga Teacher do?

As yoga teachers, we teach the poses of yoga to the class. We guide the students on stretching and meditating and work with a group of students and ensure that they all the following our orders. We suggest the way by which the students can improve their health. Also, we help the students with their mental health and help them to get over stress. Sharing the basic and intellectual principles of yoga is our responsibility as well.

Core tasks:

  • helping the students with meditation and breathing
  • introducing students with the new poses
  • maintaining discipline and a positive environment in the class
