As Youth Directors, we are responsible for creating, arranging, and implementing various activities and events such as educational programs, and sporting activities for the children and adolescents under our care. We are also tasked with bringing the community children together while ensuring the enforcement of every state, and deferral safety law and regulation to provide a safe and fun environment. We train and supervise newly hired staff and volunteers after carefully interviewing them, and ensuring that appropriate background checks have been correctly performed.
