What does a Youth Mentor do?

As youth mentors, it is our job to build good relations with children and teenagers. Our primary job duty is to help teenagers in achieving their academic and professional life goals. We have to build up an optimistic relation with children and guide them appropriately for their life aims. Moreover, we guide children to lead a purposeful life full of aims. Being youth mentors, we have to motivate children and inspire them by implementing youth programs. We should have organizing qualities and a creative mind to be successful in this job.

  • working as a supporter and role model for children and teenagers
  • helping and supporting in social adjustments
  • building up confidence and self-esteem in children
