As Youth Ministers we are responsible of supervising church and services directed on youth groups. We engage in the creation of programs and frameworks under which youth-led initiatives for the church such as leadership roles among the youths, identification of skills for among teenagers for praise and worship as well as ensuring active engagement of youth in the church and community development programs. Under the youth ministry, we are responsible of ensuring teens are well rooted in the Biblical doctrines through formation of innovative youth groups, raising the necessary financial resources for the young people evangelization ministry and service to God.
