Training here was very disconnected and not organized. Hands on trainers in the vehicles would interrupt your commentary to the driver of the vehicle about what the vehicle was seeing, for safety. They would ask you questions and break your commentary, then ask you why you did not alert the driver as to the car not correctly identifying a parking meter as a static object that was on a different street not even in the path of the vehicle. It was very distracting and confusing, not a good training experience at all. The office training staff for the classroom was not in sync with the driver trainers at all, and would often contradict what was being trained in the vehicles. When I asked too many questions about the variations, I was scolded and snapped at in front of the entire training class. Overall, the company was good, but the training processes and personnel was the worst I have ever seen.
