Summary:

This position is responsible for providing account management service and consulting to clients of Marpai Health clients.

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as lead point of contact for all clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships
  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
  • Gain a deep understanding of the client’s needs and their expectations
  • Use your outstanding communication skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in our company and with clients
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client and consultant relationships
  • Ensure satisfaction with Marpai services, monitor and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best in class reputation.
  • Provide interpretation and recommendations related to reports that Marpai provides to customer on an ongoing basis.
  • Effectively renew business within their book of business.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve elevated service issues.
  • Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
  • Responsible for ensuring that client needs are understood and satisfied
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Improving overall customer experience
  • Consult with clients on product offerings
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educations opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
  • Responsible for working with the Implementation team to onboard new clients
  • Other duties as required

Education, Experience & Licensing:

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience with results in the TPA or benefits industry
  • Four-year college degree preferred or experience equivalent
  • Active State Health agent license 

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

  • This position will be based in the Tampa, Florida office
  • Fast paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to be adaptive, innovative and flexible
  • In this role, expected to travel for client meeting, around the Country, as required

  • Stock or distribute resources, such as samples or promotional or educational materials.
  • Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments.
  • Sell service contracts for technical or scientific products.
  • Demonstrate the operation or use of technical or scientific products.
  • Provide feedback to product design teams so that products can be tailored to clients' needs.
  • Arrange for installation and testing of products or machinery.
  • Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales and production expectations.
  • Obtain building blueprints or specifications for use by engineering departments in bid preparations.
  • Verify accuracy of materials lists.
  • Verify customer credit ratings.
  • Appraise equipment to determine contract terms or trade-in values.
  • Consult with engineers regarding technical problems with products.
  • Sell technical and scientific products that are environmentally sound or designed for environmental remediation.
  • Visit establishments, such as pharmacies, to determine product sales.
  • Present information to customers about the energy efficiency or environmental impact of scientific or technical products.
  • Inform customers about issues related to responsible use and disposal of products, such as waste reduction or product or byproduct recycling or disposal.
  • Research and convey information to customers about tax benefits or government rebates associated with energy-efficient scientific or technical products, such as solar panels.
