Product Owner - Digital Commerce

Are you ready to join an innovative online commerce team? Insight is seeking a Product Owner for its Digital Commerce platform to drive creative solutions for its digital presence and aligning with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in Agile and Scrum methodology, JIRA, and Confluence. They are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot new and complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments to define new features, enhancements, and strategic goals.
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and IT to ensure consistent and high-quality user stories.
  • Establish key metrics and reporting for site usage and success of new enhancements.
  • Coordinate deployment activities, client review, training modules, and feature announcements.
  • Act as "voice of the user" and subject matter expert for the Digital Experience platform.
  • Research and escalate impediments and/or defects and participate in defect remediation planning and prioritization.
  • Understand software development life cycle concepts and approaches.
  • Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Agile and Scrum methodology experience, preferably in a product owner role.
  • JIRA and Confluence experience.
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies (i.e. A/B Testing) and other conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Able to gather and use data to research and provide insight or issue resolution.
  • Self-motivated and able to take ownership of work; prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and active listening skills.
  • Ability to negotiate across stakeholder communities with competing priorities.
  • Embrace and foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot new, complex, or nuanced problems.
  • B2B and/or large enterprise experience preferred
The base salary range for this position is typically $95,000 to $115,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
