I wss kicked to the curb after 3.5 years because my numbers werent good enough, in their eyes. My numbers were low because my supervisor didnt do her job in getting us more staffing opportunities. She has since left Manpower and has been sresling clients away from Manpower,. She didnt stick up for me and allowed my termination to ho through. I would not recommend working for this company, all they care about are profits, not people.

I was employed through Manpower for a contracted company at a major tire plant. For two years, I worked without having set breaks or lunch periods. I worked nonstop most days from the time I came in until the time I left with no help from other employees. The other employees sat on their phones all day, got to leave the job site for hours on the clock and rarely did any work. The day I called my Manpower recruiter and told her I could not take the favortism, and workplace abuse anymore, my assignment was ended by the contracting company manager.

I worked for MPG RPO as a contracted senior corporate recruiter for 2 years on the available workforce team. While the pay was decent, the clients were terrible and abusive. MPG team leads and managers are uncaring, unsupportive, and unresponsive. All they care about is making the client happy and allowing them to treat recruiters like trash. Also, got bounced around a lot from client to client, and then laid off only to be offered low-paying entry level projects after making $100k on the last project. They make it difficult to convert to staff as well. No job security. Careers with purpose mission statement is a joke.

Manpower is a great company to work for, but They only let you work a day, 6 days or 2 weeks at the most and I'm looking for long term.
