Job Description

Continental Toyota is currently accepting applications for an experienced Office Staff Member.  The right candidate must be focused, self-motivated and hard working with excellent verbal skills and a strong work ethic.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions
  • Submit all warranties and aftermarkets
  • Handle all warranty and aftermarket cancellations
  • Maintain and reconcile schedules
  • Assist in processing car deals, billing and commissioning 
  • Submit all Rebate Challenges and enter in all payments
  • Hands on 
  • Submit F&I products
  • Dealer reserves 
  • A positive attitude
  • Exceptional written & oral communication skills
  • CDK experience a must
  • Must be Microsoft Excel proficient
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Financial Clerks Accounting Clerk

As Accounting Clerks, we are responsible for assisting with both clerical and administrative tasks such as reporting, bookkeeping, research, and the resolution of discrepancies. We keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system by collecting and sorting invoices and checks. We type up any documents or items that the accounting department is responsible for, including bills and invoices. We also keep a precise record of all company charges and any refunds issued to create a precise balance sheet.

Core tasks:

  • send checks to both other businesses and employees
  • support the supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
  • pay invoices and bills in a timely manner
