Position Summary:
The overall purpose of the business office manager position is to provide financial systems and administrative support to the facility administrator. Incumbents may provide secretarial, bookkeeping, receptionist, accounting, cashier, payroll, data input, clerical, and other services for the facility’s business operations.

As Business Office Managers, we are in charge of the general operation of an office. We usually have previous experience in office administration. With an emphasis on administrative support, we supervise the team and ensure that the office operates seamlessly. It is our duty to monitor team collaboration and communicate with customers on a daily basis, through a lens of productivity.
