Job Title

Consultant, Mastercard Academy (Training & Curriculum Development)

Mastercard Academy provides training to external Mastercard customers via live web events, e-learning and other learning resources. We are looking for a learning and development professional to join our team and help us run a world class organization on a day to day basis.

Role

• Assist in the creation and facilitate delivery of new training for Mastercard products and services

• Inventory and update current training assets

• Manage a variety of tasks including actively responding to customer requests and issues

• Schedule, support and host AOW live sessions

• Create training webinars to review mandates and bulletins

• Other duties as assigned

All About You

• Product training experience

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Curriculum development experience is a strong plus

• Marketing and design experience a strong plus

• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks

• Ability to work effectively across all segments of Mastercard and customers’ organizations

• Strong knowledge of desktop computer software

• Attention to detail

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills

• College degree required
