Job Description:
ET Administrator Supervisor

The ET Administrator Supervisor is responsible for running the Electronic Timecard Administration department. The position is critical at CACI as it is responsible for capturing labor accurately, timely and in an efficient manner.

On a daily basis:

  • The position attends to the ETAdmin Inbox, ET Admin phone and Service Now tickets to assist employees with their inquiry and needed support with their timesheet. Knowledge of CACI policy is essential. Ability to apply policy to questions asked by employees is required. This position must think quickly and re-site policy
  • Process revised timecard files multiple times per day
  • Set up indirect project strings in ET and CP
  • Supervise one junior staff member
  • Review Costpoint timesheet entries to confirm payment amount requested by Accounting staff, employees/managers for out of cycle payments on late processed timesheets, send to payroll for out of cycle payments.
Semi-monthly:
  • Assist with timesheet processing at the end of every timesheet period.
Review timesheet status in ET, and make sure all timesheets are signed and approved for processing. Contact managers and employees to resolve issues.
  • Run ADP Revised timecard report in corporate utility for the Accounting Dept to review their periods correcting entries in Costpoint on the last business day of the timesheet period after the last posting for the day.
  • Perform a final check after timesheets are processed to make sure all been processed accurately, by doing an import check against ET, CostPoint and all HotState employees processed in the period.
  • Process ADP pay file for all RTC's and paper timecards
  • Review and send request for manual payments on late processed timesheets from Accounting staff to payroll to add to period payroll payments.
  • Import leave changes from Costpoint to ET via Corporate utilities.
  • Create leave variance file in corporate utility. Reconcile leave variance.
  • Process leave request in ET and Costpoint
Monthly
  • Prepare monthly journal entry for Indirect rate preparation.
Quarterly
  • Perform quarterly reviews for Delegates and Sector leads
  • Work with internal audit and EY auditors to provide back-ups for audit requests.
Annually/ As needed:
  • Set up Delegates and Sector leads in Costpoint
Requirements for the job:
  • Knowledge of Deltek Timekeeping (several years of experience)
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of Federal acquisition timekeeping rules
  • Costpoint experience preferred but not required.
  • Accounting experience- 3+ years
  • Managerial experience required - 3+ years.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Costpoint experience preferred but not required.
