Working as Field Service Technicians, we are responsible for servicing the equipment of our customers. We identify the issues in the equipment and analyse the areas of improvement in them. Our primary goal is to troubleshoot the faults of equipment to increase efficiency of that equipment. In the role of Field Service Technician, we are accountable for performing preventative maintenance tasks and repairs as per the provided instructions of our customers. We perform regular quality assurance checks on the customer's equipment and provide direct reports to the customers for keeping them updated about their equipment performance.
