Role Overview
The Helpdesk/IT Engineer is responsible for the management of the company's IT Helpdesk, employee system configuration and support, software installations, and onboarding/offboarding management. They will create and maintain a healthy endpoint environment and contribute to implementing our information security program. The team member will assist the Cloud Engineers with access control management. They will also assist with security monitoring and documentation. The Helpdesk/IT Engineer will be a key member of the DevSecOps team reporting to the Director of Information Security.
