Role Overview

The Helpdesk/IT Engineer is responsible for the management of the company's IT Helpdesk, employee system configuration and support, software installations, and onboarding/offboarding management. They will create and maintain a healthy endpoint environment and contribute to implementing our information security program. The team member will assist the Cloud Engineers with access control management. They will also assist with security monitoring and documentation. The Helpdesk/IT Engineer will be a key member of the DevSecOps team reporting to the Director of Information Security.

A successful candidate will bring significant value and have a meaningful impact on our success. They will manage a modern, public cloud environment that is kept up-to-date and compliant with our security policies and procedures. Their work will enable product development to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers. They will contribute to our culture of innovation in a collaborative, "can do" environment.

Requirements

  • Management of Company's internal helpdesk.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding all personnel (IT related matters and documentation).
  • Responsible for Asset Management and Configuration for all employee laptops.
  • Responsible for Remote Monitoring and Management (Ninja RMM).
  • Responsible for Access Management documentation.
  • Assist in monthly patch automation (Windows, Mac).
  • Assist with technology task automation where applicable.
  • Assist in security administration (Azure AD, GPO).
  • Assist in resetting account access to various servers.
  • Tech (AV) setup for monthly company meetings.
  • Assist in maintenance of internal network (Fortigate Firewall). (Bonus, not required)
  • Other duties as assigned.
