The Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst III is responsible and accountable for a wide variety of functions within the HIM Department including coordination of the Physician incomplete area; process and compile statistics for the delinquency listing; process and monitor the coding billhold reports. The HIM Analyst II maintain the master patient index; timely and accurate chart analysis; timely and accurate processing of requests for protected health information; and provide quality control auditing for scanning/imaging.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has excellent verbal and written communications skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 3 years experience required

Collecting and reviewing data is a part of what we do in order to establish incredible business practices. We are in charge of testing out different workflow applications and observing their impact on the organization. Our job includes using excellent written skills to create reports regarding business practices to present them in front of the upper management. Also, we are responsible for gathering information from different sources such as health records and cost reports to think of strategies.
