I have completed coursework in HR and have also interned at a company where I assisted with various HR tasks.
As HR Interns, we are responsible for updating employee records with new hire information, screening resumes, and scheduling and confirming interviews. In addition, we gather payroll data, such as leaves, working hours, and bank accounts. Moreover, we post, update, and remove job ads from boards, career pages and other relevant environments. We also prepare human resource-related reports, such as training budgets. Ultimately, we assist in organizing and coordinating the organization’s HR policies and procedures.
