Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a large, globally known Life Sciences company in their search for an experienced Accountant in Aliquippa, PA 15001. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications below:

Duration: 6 months Title: Accountant Location: Aliquippa, PA 15001 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities Include:

- Preparing monthly journal entries in the SAP ERP system- Responsible for bank reconciliation process and general ledger account reconciliation - Assisting in the preparation of FERC & other state regulatory agency reports- Performing and providing ad-hoc support as necessary- Understanding and articulating the General Accounting departments goals- Extracting and manipulating data using query tools for various databases and systems - Learning and exercising sound decision making and developing alternatives and recommendationsto improve work processes - Consistently anticipating and delivering against a defined action plan - Conducting business-specific research, analyzing data, interpreting results, and assistingwith implementation activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. Minimum 4-7 years professional work experience required. ***Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We re unable sponsor applicants with the following work visas: H1B, H2B, E3, TN1***
