About Alpha Omicron Pi
Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity (AOII) has been a pillar in the Fraternity/Sorority Life community since its founding date of January 2, 1897, at Barnard College. Since that date AOII has established chapters on over 200 college campuses across the United States and Canada and initiated more than 211,000 members. Why the Director of Communications of AOII
As the Director of Communications for AOII, you will set and guide the strategy for all communications content and design consistently to articulate and connect the mission of Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity to internal and external publics. This position will partner with the staff team and international volunteers to develop and execute a variety of strategic initiatives to foster and ensure brand identity. The Director of Communications will lead, coordinate, and oversee all communications and marketing to ensure stakeholders understand and are connected to key directions, initiatives, events, services, and achievements of Alpha Omicron Pi Fraternity and Properties.

I would immediately assess the situation, gather all relevant information, and develop a strategic communication plan to address the issue transparently and proactively, while ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
As Director OF Communications, we build and execute media strategies that align with international, national, and local initiatives, including industry-facing, public, and donor-facing content to meet strategic goals. We unify the industry's voice by building an informed community voice for public policy change, developing an inclusive, leading with evidence and thought, and demonstrating success in pilot communities. We also design and implement an integrated, organization-wide strategic communication plan to broaden awareness of APA, AMPA, and HASS to strengthen the brand's identity across key stakeholder audiences.
