Stand Together is looking for a dynamic, experienced development professional to join the team as a Partnership Advisor (Major Gifts Officer). The Advisor will collaborate within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment to build and grow a portfolio of long-term supporters to further Stand Together’s comprehensive strategy.

Your Responsibilities Include
Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major gifts donors and prospects, utilizing Moves Management and other relationship building techniques
Collaborate with the internal communications and marketing team to create and execute personalized communications and engagement plans for each donor and prospective partner
Leverage existing events to recruit new prospects and retain current partners
Utilize subject matter experts and organizational representatives to further relationships with supporters and prospects
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
3+ years of experience cultivating and stewarding donor or client relationships
Familiarity with donor or relationship cultivation techniques
A passion for and commitment to Stand Together’s vision and principles
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and high degree of discretion
Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States
Humility, integrity, passion, motivation, and an entrepreneurial attitude
Standout Candidates May Also Bring
Experience cultivating and soliciting six-figure gifts or experience in customer service with high net-worth individuals or families
Salesforce.com experience
Familiarity with concepts of Moves Management
Experience in building relationships across multiple organizations
Ability to effectively communicate multiple objectives into one clear and inspiring message

I build relationships with major donors by conducting research, attending events, and personalized communication.
As major gifts officers, we design, create and execute our significant gift program. We are in charge of monitoring and establishing partnerships with existing significant aid opportunities and defining current or future opportunities. We energize colleagues, convince prospects and drive forward to the conclusion. We assist our contributors with achieving their charitable objectives and desires through a solid relationship. Along with all these roles, we also manage the guest list, donors records and presenting the company’s goals and ideas.
