Day-to-day:
• Conceptualize, develop, implement, and manage full-scale email programs in a small team setting
• Optimize & build new email campaigns, related creative & landing pages, newsletters, promotional emails
• Conduct regular email-marketing assessments & audits to improve performance and final deliverability analysis.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate test plans to drive outstanding results and then iterate ROI and user acquisition.
• Drive the creation of all email campaign elements, including copy, design, coding, and reporting.
• Manage internal client relationships and be a central point of execution for all things email.
• Leverage data vendors such as Acxiom, DMP’s, to enhance our CRM and drive precision, targeting and personalization
I segment email lists based on demographics, past purchase behavior, and engagement levels to ensure relevant content reaches the right audience.
Email marketing means reaching out to prospective and existing customers of an organization by email. As email marketing managers, we are responsible for building and managing email marketing campaigns. On the creative side, we oversee scheduling, targeting and content, working together with other internal teams, such as sales and creative. On the technical side, we are also responsible for operational aspects of the campaigns, such as coding, testing, deployment, and analytics activities.
