Working as Division Directors, we are part of middle management and in charge of coordinating division operations. We provide leadership and assistance to teams such as sales, production, HR, and more. Primarily, we oversee and review the accomplishment of assignments delegated to our division. It is upon us to supervise whether company goals related to our division are achieved. We are responsible for assisting the selection, interviewing, and hiring of new division staff members. We support their training and handle all their personnel issues. Finally, we also assess team and individual progress and conduct performance reviews. Another crucial task is to establish policies for customer service and customer complaints. Furthermore, we assist in the creation of the annual division budget. We control the spending and procurement to ensure adherence to company budget. As Division Directors, we assist in preparing spending and financial reports.
