How would you troubleshoot a computer that won't turn on?
Answer
I would first check if it's plugged in, then try a different power outlet. If that doesn't work, I would check the power supply and motherboard connections.
How do you handle a difficult customer who is frustrated with a technical issue?
Answer
I would remain calm and empathetic, actively listen to their concerns, and assure them that I will do my best to resolve the issue. I would then work diligently to find a solution and provide regular updates.
Can you explain how you would set up a new user account in an Active Directory environment?
Answer
First, I would gather the necessary information from the user. Then, I would open Active Directory Users and Computers, create a new user account, assign appropriate permissions, and set a temporary password. Finally, I would communicate the login details to the user.
