What you’ll do:
The Trainer is an extension of the Training Coordinator assisting with hands on training exercises for manufacturing employees. The role provides feedback and coaching during training ensuring employees are properly trained in accordance with established standards.
Assists the Training Coordinator with documenting training records manually or in an electronic system. Provides feedback to the Training Coordinator on any deficiencies and coaches new employees during training. Collaborates with manufacturing assisting/participating in internal audits
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training.
Contributes to the site team by accomplishing related results; maintaining confidentiality; administering system security; ensuring data accuracy and integrity; assuring systems compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate standards; ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Complies with QSR, ISO and all applicable regulations and company procedures. Acknowledge and maintain commitment to environmental policies by pro-actively participating to achieve objectives and targets within their area. Provides feedback in the development of environmental improvement projects
Who you are:
1-2 years of work related experience in a manufacturing environment including familiarization with all aspects of applicable manufacturing.
General knowledge of QSR and ISO regulations and standards.
Ability to interpret, apply and explain rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Basic math skills. Computer oriented, specifically MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Previous education or manufacturing training experience
Biotech/medical manufacturing experience
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

I assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and discussions with managers and employees.
As trainers, we assess the company's training needs by conducting employee surveys and interviews, consulting with other trainers, managers, and the leadership. We then conceptualize training materials strategies, initiatives, and materials based on the data collected. We schedule training sessions with the employees to improve their performance & output. We equip the organization with a trained and up-to-date workforce, delivering quality products and services to meet consumers' requirements or needs optimizing current and future goals.
