Job Description
The Senior Contract Program Auditor shall provide administrative oversight and direct supervision on a day-today basis to manage a variety of work tasks completed by a team of Contract Program Auditors.
ctivities
. Supervise a team of up to three (3) Contract Program Auditors engaged in monitoring and evaluating health/social services provided by community-based agencies with County contracts to ensure proper utilization of funds and provision of services.
b. Provide technical assistance to Contract Program Auditors and OWH contractors in analyzing federal, state and County contract regulations and guidelines for the ARP Program.
c. Develop appropriate guidelines, standards, and procedures for the evaluation of existing contracts in terms of quality and quantity of services provided.
d. Communicate with contract agencies regarding program deliverables and contract performance.
e. Assist in the interpretation and application of contracting guidelines/rules.
f. Participate in communication with provider contacts. Serve as liaison in contract matters between other County departments, local, state, and federal agencies and other concerned parties, public and private.
