Location: Nekoosa, WI 
Pay Range: $90,000 - $102,000

What’s the Job?

• Supervise the E&I maintenance crew to ensure safe work practices and compliance with protocols.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work with operating crews and plant services.
• Schedule daily tasks for crew members and optimize personnel and contractor schedules.
• Lead daily startup meetings, stretch activities, and facilitate onboarding for new employees and apprentices.

What’s Needed?

• Technical degree in a related field , or equivalent experience with 3 to 5 years in maintenance-related supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CMMS.
• Strong Electrical Troubleshooting skills and judgment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
