Essential Responsibilities:
This creates a unique opportunity for a strong finance leader to work cross functionally with seasoned executives in the Enterprise Technology, Ventures and Growth, Marketing and Communications enterprise wide horizontals.
  • In the role of Marketing & Technology FPA Lead, you will:
  • Analyze and organize data appropriately by anticipating the internal clients expectations
  • Build and publish reports related to key metrics including for Costs, Headcount, Capex
  • Drive completion of the overall financial reporting cycles, providing results interpretation and variance analysis to the Marketing & Technology management team
  • Use experience and knowledge of the business and trends to determine materiality of variances in the analysis and reporting process
  • Ensure planning cycle deadlines are met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple departments within Marketing and Technology and also across the business units to gather required data
  • Use prior knowledge and experience to effectively and actively participate in business planning session and support the development of short and long-range financial and business plans
  • Work effectively with business leaders to proactively drive key business initiatives and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and ensure best use of system and technology solutions
  • Support the Marketing and Technology HQ team
    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years finance work experience
    Desired Characteristics:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance from an accredited college or university
  • FMP graduate (BHGE Employees only)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Oracle, Hyperion, and Tableau reporting experience
