Responsibilities:
I have worked on various civil engineering projects, including road construction and building design, for the past 5 years.
In the role of Civil Engineer, we are responsible for managing and overseeing the construction of infrastructure. Our primary goal is to assist in the development of roads, bridges, railways, and airports. We maintain the current condition of the infrastructure. We conduct on-site visits and attend a diverse variety of council meetings to stay involved in the construction projects. Functioning as Civil Engineers, we are accountable for working and dealing collaboratively with the engineering team members, project managers, and vendors. We also plan and track the capital project designs that are provided to us.
