Position Summary:
Core duties and responsibilities will involve directing and managing the development, execution, and analysis of market research projects for pharmaceutical products. This will include questionnaire development, fieldwork/data collection management, and report writing. Experience with syndicated and custom and qualitative and quantitative projects is desired. The ability to guide marketers and the company to understand why they are doing what they are doing as well as understand how their customers or their prospects perceive them and their competitors, and why they have those perceptions.

I regularly attend industry conferences and webinars, subscribe to relevant publications, and network with professionals in the field.
As Division Chiefs, we are responsible for planning and coordinating business operations in assigned districts. We assist in employee recruitment and termination activities. We ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate business reports and developing and implementing the best practices to obtain maximum productivity is one of our main responsibilities. We conduct training and provide guidance when needed. Working as Division Chiefs, we develop budgets and manage expenses within the defined budget. We also identify business risks and develop suitable mitigation plans.
