Qualifications:
Requirements:
U.S. work authorization required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
Three or more years of experience in consulting or higher education
First-hand experience with core Advancement Systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, or Ellucian)
Strong experience in Advancement Services (Technology, Data Management, Advancement systems)
Experience with Advancement data management, including ensuring the integrity of data to inform reporting and business
decisions
Experience with technology system selection and/or implementation and ongoing maintenance
Experience in assessing the effectiveness of Advancement organizations to identify opportunities (technology readiness, cost
savings, revenue enhancement, etc.)
Preferred Experience:
Salesforce experience
Enrollment management strategy and analytics experience
Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
A passion for higher education
Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting
participants and project teams
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Experience with project management, including creating structures to lead engagements from start to finish
