Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • U.S. work authorization required

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

  • Three or more years of experience in consulting or higher education

  • First-hand experience with core Advancement Systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, or Ellucian)

  • Strong experience in Advancement Services (Technology, Data Management, Advancement systems)

  • Experience with Advancement data management, including ensuring the integrity of data to inform reporting and business

decisions

  • Experience with technology system selection and/or implementation and ongoing maintenance

  • Experience in assessing the effectiveness of Advancement organizations to identify opportunities (technology readiness, cost

savings, revenue enhancement, etc.)

  • Post-pandemic willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday) on a 60-80% basis annually; work extended hours as necessary

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesforce experience

  • Enrollment management strategy and analytics experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration

  • A passion for higher education

  • Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting

participants and project teams

  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies

  • Experience with project management, including creating structures to lead engagements from start to finish
