As Gift Shop Clerks, we are responsible for providing efficient and professional customer assistance with purchases and maintaining the shop neat and clean. We greet and assist guests with payments and purchases. Responding to customer complaints and assisting with inventory control and stocking is one of our daily responsibilities. We inform the retail manager of unusual circumstances and shop issues. Working as Gift Shop Clerks, we follow company policies and promote memberships. We follow all standard operating procedures for opening and closing of store and clean, restock, and maintain gift shop.
