As Zone Managers, we are responsible for coordinating the company’s regional managers to achieve sales goals. We oversee product or service distribution and analyze performance in the assigned zone with sales data and other metrics. We establish guidelines and product roadmaps and analyze data from an area of assignment. Performing research and analysis and conducting sales assessments is one of our main responsibilities. We implement solutions to optimize operations and encourage staff to reach goals. Working as Zone Managers, we enforce the company’s policies and regulations and manage IMS processes and procedures. We establish and maintain productive working relationships with state and federal regulatory agencies.
