JOB DUTIES

First line of contact for customer needs
Maintenance - admin pricing, set-up, etc.
Recurring order processing, order entry
Billing disputes/credits/returns
Work with vendors on pricing, shipping, and returns
Supporting 8 - 10 Safety Sales Specialists
Proposals/Quotes
Participate in sales meeting as required
Other sales support duties as necessary and assigned by NSSM/VP/SVP

LOCATION AND HOURS OF WORK
Typical hours for this position are from 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. Monday through Friday at our Matheson retail branch.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
I prioritize tasks by assessing their urgency and importance, and creating a to-do list. I also communicate with my team to ensure alignment and avoid any bottlenecks.
As Sales Support Specialists, we provide sales support inclusive of proposal plus contract generation, new accounts auditing, and data entry. We provide continuance process enhancement suggestions. We stimulate sales productivity improvement to align with corporate goals. We also provide administrative assistance for the double global sales force.
