Recovery Specialist

Site: Latitudes Minnesota, LGBTQ Residential Facility in St. Paul, MN

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, every other weekend

Pay: $17/hr with shift differential for evenings and weekends

How Our Staff Describes the Job:

Assist patient in daily activities, be a listening ear and support to patients when needed outside of group times, do routine safety checks on patients. Provide structure and adhere to procedures of facilities when management is not present. - Leah at New Beginnings

The Only Requirements Are:

  • That you have a valid driver's license.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

About the Recovery Specialist role

Metal & Plastic Recovery Specialist

In the role of Recovery Specialist, we are accountable for performing medical-related tasks in the hospitals and healthcare organisations. We also serve the patients by going to their homes and treating their mental and physical illness. It is our primary responsibility to identify the main goals and life initiatives of our patients and their families to help them achieve their desire. Functioning as Recovery Specialists, we are accountable for counselling the patients at the requested times and ensuring that they are being relaxed with our counselling. It is also a part of our job to train and mentor the newly hired recovery concerned workers in the healthcare organisations.
