The Head of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Perry Homes marketing initiatives, ensuring strong branding and relevancy in the markets. The Head of Marketing will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the residential homebuilding industry, a strong track record of success in marketing leadership roles, and the ability to inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
I would start by conducting market research to identify target audiences and competitors. Then, I would create a strategic plan that includes clear goals, target messaging, and a mix of online and offline marketing tactics. Regular analysis and adjustments would be made to optimize results.
In the capacity of Head of Marketing, we lead our organization’s marketing efforts, providing strategic guidance and leadership to the marketing business team. Our ultimate aim is to increase awareness of the mission, presence, and products of our organization to support sales growth. For this, we conduct market research and evaluate findings. Armed with data-based insights, we develop various marketing and advertising campaigns and oversee their implementation. We are also responsible for the marketing budget, as well as ensuring brand-consistency internally.
