Administrative Assistant/ Flight Coordinator
Randstad in the Donelson location is looking for a polished Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Aviation for a major healthcare company located near the airport. This is a Temporary to Hire position that is paying between $16-18/hr. You will be the schedule manager and primary point of contact with the healthcare companies corporate offices. The Flight Coordinator manages all details associated with the flight schedule, to include any passenger requirements, as well as aircraft services, passenger and crew requirements at the destination. The Coordinator works with the Director of Aviation in assigning aircraft and crews to complete approved trips.
Responsibilities:
-Administrative Assistant to Director of Aviation
-Corporate flights scheduled and coordinated
-Main contact between Corporate Office and Aviation
-Invoices for the Aviation Department processed
-Office management responsibilities maintained
-Assist in maintaining facility helipad database
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
