Ripple Effect Consulting is currently in search of a Senior Vice President of Business Development/Client Solutions for an Environmental & Engineering Consulting Firm in Denver, CO.

This is a Permanent / Full-Time position.

Qualified Candidates will have 10-15+ years of progressive experience providing Business Development and Environmental consulting support to Energy, Mining, Oil & Gas, Environmental or Government clients.

Overview:

This individual will play a critical role to the success of the Company and in executing their mission, driving growth through accelerating our business development cycle, identifying and driving entrance into new markets and leveraging existing successes to grow our business. This role requires executive level relationships and a proven track record of sales and business development performance in all business sectors. Reporting to the COO, this role will drive our growth strategy and oversee our Client Management teams.

Job Purpose:

Double the size of the company in five years or less. Continuous improvement, customer service, and operational excellence, the SVP of Client Solutions will grow market position by bringing in, developing and maintaining client relations. Targeted industries: Oil and Gas, Environmental, and government. Oversee client satisfaction. Leads new business development and client retention through marketing and overseeing project execution and customer service. Develops a sustainable and profitable business aligned with our mission and values

Responsibilities/Skills:

Focus on Business Development and growth

Drive existing business opportunity and seek new ways to expand growth through business development activities such as prospecting, bidding opportunities, and relationship building. Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients

Manage executive level client management teams and implement effective management tactics of client managers, including developing and growing a team of high-energy Client Managers.

Ability to teach and mentor engineering and scientific, non-sales and non-business development staffs into effective client relations staff.

Provide business development resources (strategic, tactical, personnel, financial) to all Client Managers.

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (client representatives, contractors, etc.)

Build and maintain a consistent brand and message regarding the Company across all viable platforms.

Regularly monitor and measure business development performance and provide reports on monthly progress updates to COO and update the company on a periodic basis.

Attend industry related conferences, exhibitions, associations, and functions.

Proven record of business development and sales in excess of $20M

Travel will likely consume 75% of your time so you can grow our client base, develop new opportunities and help client managers succeed.

Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, and dynamic environment

Partner with President/CEO and COO to develop and implement annual and multi-year strategic plans
