As an SME in product and service learning you will have the opportunity to design, develop and deliver product and service learning solutions to customers and employees ensuring that technical, legal, cultural and any other requirements are met. While in this role, you will design, develop and deliver Product & Service learning solutions to customers and employees to ensure technical, legal, cultural and any other requirements are met. You will be recognised as an expert in the field of Product & Service learning, while providing world-class training solutions to develop technical capability of Customers and Employees.

Key Accountabilities: - Work with the Defense Programs to ensure the Customer training needs are met.
- Use the ADDIE model to create Instructor Led Training (ILT), be curious about Training development and delivery methods
- Design and Develop training materials using latest technologies such VR, AR and Captivate and interface with the LMS team to post e-learning courses.
- Champion knowledge sharing and development of others, undertaking the role of Mentor or Coach where appropriate.
- Create graphics and animations as necessary to support the development of e-Learning and ILT solutions
- Must be available for both international and domestic travel, up to 15% of the time

Basic Requirements: - Associates degree and 4+ years experience in gas turbine engines and operations, or
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years experience in gas turbine engines and operations, or
- Masters degree and 0+ years experience in gas turbine engines and operations, or
- JD/PhD
- In lieu of a degree 6+ years experience in gas turbine engines and operations
- Competency with Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance, which requires USA Citizenship
Preferred Requirements:
- FAA Certified Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license
- Previous Instructor experience in aviation industry
- Strong knowledge and prior experience using the ADDIE model
