Condition: Mostly on-site for first 2 months, then moving to 2-3 days on-site hybrid model

Team will be a small scrum team with this individual, a PM/Manager, a QA, and a UX dev
Work is focused on Digital Apps/Digital Marketing Apps, Loyalty Programs, Fuel Savings program, etc.
Job Description:
The Senior Software Developer is responsible for all aspects of application development including business analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support. This individual will be adept at creating and implementing design plans, analyzing code and keeping up to date with industry trends, technology developments and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Designs and develops applications that meet the business requirements of internal customers.
• Reviews code work for accuracy and functionality.
• Acts as champion of best in practice application architecture and design.
• Identify and/or implement improvement opportunities for increased efficiency (new coding techniques, vendor solutions, common libraries, etc.).
• Adheres to established project plans and timelines while delivering a quality end product.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5-10 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge in .NET, C#, SQL, HTML, and web framework experience
Strong experience in application architecture including but not limited to Object Oriented
Programming, programming patterns, MVC, API, database development and tuning (OLTP and/or OLAP)
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
