Inventory Lead
• Help Receive product
• Complete Cycle Counts and maintain Inventory Adjustments
• Resolve Exception Reports
• Maintain Database Accuracy (Altering/Adding Product or Vendor Files is off-limits)
• Place orders for Replenishment/Special Orders/Shop Use
• Order Release/Cancellation/Allocation Management
• Report and resolve Locally discrepancies
• Maintain Min/Max
• Report on Aged Inventory and work with store team to proactively move aging product.

About the Stock Lead role
Administrative - Other Stock Lead
As Stock Leads, we are responsible for boosting and maximizing the selling potential of the store were employed in. This is achieved by training and supervising Stock and Sales Associates on all merchandise handling processes. We also ensure that the stockroom complies with, maintain, and execute stockroom Standard Operating Procedures. Our goal is to see that the store achieve brand standards for shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. We are required to possess and make efficient use of leadership skills in order to organize and direct stock personnel in the store.
Core tasks:
- oversee stock activities and direct stock personnel in the store or warehouse
- train new personnel effectively to keep them up to operational standards in the organization
- ensure that organizational S.O.P is maintained by all stock personnel
