The Team Lead for the Ski and Snowboard School is responsible for ensuring all relevant day-to-day operational support functions are achieved to the standards set by the department. This position will be responsible and accountable for the rental shop operations, indoor facility operations and maintenance, outdoor teaching area appearance and maintenance, indoor programming for small children, the general repair and upkeep of relevant company assets. This position has seven support team members that are direct reports and the team lead will be responsible for scheduling to cover all areas of the support team operation, appropriate performance management, and be accountable to the labor budget that is established.

Functioning as Golf Cart Attendants, we are accountable for providing assistance to the drivers of the golf cars. Our primary responsibility is to check the maintenance of golf cards. We make sure that the cards are working smoothly without any hurdles or technical errors. In the role of Golf Cart Attendant, we are liable for providing the guest of the golf club with the best possible equipment and golf cart guidance. We address the queries of guests and provide them with the best possible solutions at the moment for the provision of highest customer service. We also charge the batteries of golf cards for keeping them prepared and ready to drive all the times.
