What you ll be doing...

You will support the growth and development of our most important asset our people. By delivering in-person training you will be imparting critical skills and knowledge to help them become even better. You ll be delivering learning solutions that are engaging, fun and most importantly build those capabilities needed to enable our people to create the future.

  • Delivering programs across our broad training curriculum including sales, product, leadership training and new hire trainings.
  • Completing and leading train-the-trainer certifications and supporting peer development.
  • Connecting key learning to the business priorities and desired outcomes.
  • Facilitating in the classroom and using a variety of learning methodologies, media, and materials.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and reporting outcomes to leadership.
  • Establishing operational objectives for deployment including scheduling and communication.
  • Supporting stakeholders through performance consulting to qualify development and training requests.
  • Managing multiple training initiatives at once.

What we re looking for...

You ll enjoy facilitating groups and helping others to learn and be successful. You ll be a great listener and presenter with an ability to engage a diverse audience and bring learning content to life for employees with different learning styles.

You ll need to have:

  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Two or more years of facilitation experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Even better if you have:

  • A Master s degree.
  • Delivered training to adults in a professional setting.
  • Excellent facilitation skills along with classroom management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Consulted with HR, training, and sales professionals.
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of adult learning theory and principles and communicating to leadership.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working on a virtual team.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
