Facility Attendant

Everett, WA

Temp to Hire Opportunity!

6am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

As a Facility Attendant you will maintain a functioning and clean facility by ensuring the grounds, buildings, and equipment are kept in a safe clean condition by following an established maintenance program

Job Duties:
  • Responsible for all maintenance/cleaning of production floor, break rooms and restrooms.

  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.

  • Prepare all cleaning solutions according to specifications.

  • Ensure supplies are maintained in all areas.

  • Gather and empty trash as needed.

  • General grounds maintenance which includes outside of the building by keeping parking areas free of litter or debris.

  • Inspecting equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of error or other problems or defects.

  • Maintenance of tools and equipment required for the tasks responsible for.

  • Performance of all tasks in a safe, effective and efficient manner.

  • Accurate and timely administrative duties to include time accounting and work order completion.

  • Monitor building premises to ensure employee and visitor safety.

Qualifications:
  • Previous Janitorial experience is preferred

  • Knowledge of general cleaning best practices and Dept. of Health regulations.

  • Knowledge of the tools/equipment used for assigned tasks, including floor sweepers and hand tools.

  • Ability to see details at close range and follow direction.

  • Ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to be on your feet up to 8-10 hours per day.

Entertainment Attendants Facility Attendant

As Facility Attendants, we are responsible for assisting with the maintenance and operations of the assigned facility. We set up and organize equipment for various events and meetings and monitor participants and spectators to maintain order and discipline. Overseeing the proper use of community recreational facilities and providing physical setup arrangements for meetings is one of our main responsibilities. We interact with the public to obtain and provide information for various circumstances and ensure building security. Working as Facility Attendants, we respond to emergency situations and complete attendance reports. We also respond to customer queries and accept payments for fees and services.
