Responsibilities:

Granger Medical Clinic has an immediate opening for a Full Time Patient Portal Support in our IT department at our West Valley location.

Overview:

Candidate will work closely and assist in overlooking the patient portal support team to assist user's internal and external troubleshooting issues and concerns. Candidate must be available to work with patients and employees to provide information regarding the patient portal, ensuring all individuals have access to our secure web-based healthcare application that enables patient to communicate with their healthcare provider and connect them directly to patient Electronic Health Record.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience necessary when they speak to patients and employees in person or on the phone.
  • Troubleshooting Skills.
  • Previous operator/ office experience (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of proficiency in using the internet and general computer skills.
  • Documentation Skills.
  • Worked with eClinicalWorks (Preferred)
  • Able to understand and apply information, policies, procedure and skills.
  • Dependable, Flexible and Multi-task Oriented

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Assist agents with escalated calls
  • Follow up on escalated calls at a timely mater.
  • Identify issues and solve
  • Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Patient Liaison

As Patient Liaisons, we work closely with patients and their families acting as representatives of the patients.
