Overview:
The primary responsibilities of the Payroll & Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Administrator include daily operations of payroll services and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan for the entire Scheels Corporation. This will include developing expert payroll and retirement plan knowledge to ensure multi-state and federal regulations are in compliance.

The Essentials:
Expert Experience:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree from a College or University, one to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred or willing to study towards certification.
Activity:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Schedule:
Must be flexible to work between 8a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed averaging 40 hours per week

Working as Payroll Managers, we are responsible for managing the tasks related to payroll processing of the companies. We support the systems for executing payroll functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data of all times. To improve the payroll system, we evaluate the changes in existing methods and procedures of payroll. Functioning as Payroll Managers, we have the ability to work coordinatively with other staff members. We also supervise the entire payroll staff in their work. We work collaboratively with the human resources and other accounting departments to ensure the proper payroll processing.
