Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Participate and create Community Chatter Groups as needed to garner updates on platform changes. Repost current and relevant data from ABB instance Chatter Groups to Community Chatter Groups as needed.
Training - Responsible for communication of release and maintenance updates to all users on Community platform.
Daily assistance with users on challenges they are having with expected functionality of object records.
Assistance with Report creation for Community Users as requested by ABB Community User managers.
Training and Coaching ABB managers of community users on responsibilities they have unique to this separate Org of Salesforce. com
Review reports for Data Quality issues and coaching sales team to update/correct the data.
Create tickets in MyIS process for defect issues as raised by users
Assist sales team on any questions related to Opportunity creation for new projects as provided by the Business Analysts.
Collaborating with ABB SFDC and Community Portal SFDC Support specialists to better understand combined pipeline data and what is represented from each instance.
Provide backup for SFDC ABB Instance Support Specialist for Out of Office support.
Collaborate with needed on any Marketing Automation projects as related to Community Portal users.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years CRM experience (Salesforce. com or equivalent)

Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
