Description:
The current overnight supervisor is going on leave and they need a backfill for at least 6 weeks (Could go longer)
Must have 2+ years of supervisor experience managing a team
Will be managing 8-12 employees

● Manage incoming cases of potential workers who need to be manually reviewed for potential fraud prior to joining the platform
● Investigate and evaluate complex cases to understand areas where the company can improve

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
● 1+ years of work experience investigating fraudulent activity in a high demand environment
● Data competency, including the ability to answer inquiries from internal partners
● Proficiency in identifying trends and product/operational countermeasures
● Proficiency in operating autonomously while working with internal partners
● An eye for product improvements, and the ability to partner with product, engineering and third party vendors to get them into the roadmap, and analyze their impact
● Top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to compose communications both formally and casually
● Experience with adjudications, case work and government documents
● Experience with validating legal documentation
● Optimism in the face of challenges and negative situations
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience
Nice to have:
● You have knowledge of Persona Salesforce, Chartio, SQL and Google Applications
● Experience with adjudications, case work and/or legal/government documents
